At IDD every solution is a custom solution. From file storage to enterprise wide imaging solutions, the first step in every project is to learn how your company does things. Then we create a solution that builds upon your own internal processes, corporate culture and level of technical expertise. This not only insures that the project will go smoothly, it also makes the internal transition shorter and far less difficult. And at IDD we are never finished with a project until you tell us you are completely happy with it. Even then we are always available to answer questions or provide a little additional training. We believe that contracts spell out the bare minimum of what is expected not the limit of what we provide.
