What kind of software will I need for web access to my documents?
The only thing you will need is Internet access and a recent version of Explorer or Netscape.
"My documents cannot leave my facility. Can IDD come to me?"
Yes we can. We can scan at your site and transmit images to our facility for processing or we can perform the entire operation at your facility. However, because we are a secure records management facility, many clients who initially felt that on-site imaging was necessary realized, after visiting our plant, that the documents were as safe or safer with us than they were with them.
