As document and data management professionals, we understand how important information is to your business. It requires confidential handling and secure storage. We offer both.

EMPLOYEE SCREENING

All International Data Depository employees undergo extensive background checks in addition to the customary rigorous interview process. They are also required to sign confidentiality agreements when they join the staff.

CONTROLLED ACCESS

Once you specify who can access your records, we will take the appropriate steps to provide those employees with as much, or as little, access as you desire. Authorization lists and physical security systems help ensure that your instructions will be followed and your information protected. Our facility is equipped with electronic gates and entry devices, redundant locking admission systems and video surveillance. Fire extinguishing sprinklers are installed in all areas (other than the vault).

CLIMATE-CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENTS

Our all-concrete facility is air-conditioned to protect all your valuable records. Some information requires special climate controls that can be costly and difficult to implement. Our special climate-controlled vault provides complete protection -- saving you time, money and aggravation. It features the latest in fire suppression technology, FM200. It is an environmentally friendly system designed to extinguish fires in less than 10 seconds with no water or residue and no harm to your media.

PROTECTION AGAINST NATURAL DISASTERS

Fires, hurricanes and floods can virtually wipe out years of important and confidential information. We know you cannot afford to have that happen. Our facility is designed with these concerns in mind in order to provide you with the ultimate in protection. Our air-conditioned all-concrete facility is just east of the Palmetto Expressway and just north of Miami International Airport. While Miami suffered through 2 major floods in the past 2 years, every client file at IDD was "high and dry".

Maximum security in transit

International Data Depository personnel handle all transportation in secure, well-marked International Data Depository vehicles. They are equipped with both a traditional alarm system and the latest in satellite technology. Drivers carry cellular telephones to ensure constant communications with our dispatcher.

Emergency access

In the event that you need your records in a hurry, we provide several levels of unscheduled delivery to a location of your choice. If required, we can deliver your documents or tapes anywhere within the South Florida Metropolitan area in 90 minutes or less, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In an emergency, you can always reach supervisory personnel who are ready to assist you.
