Sometimes you need your documents in many different places simultaneously. We can make those documents available to anyone you choose with an Internet connection. Or maybe you just don't want a new IT project. Even with our easy to use software, large numbers of images take up lots of room. If you require frequent updates (i.e. You add documents to existing folders frequently), then the database will require regular maintenance.

In either case, we can act as an ASP and provide you with easy to use secure image distribution via the web. Your users will not require anything other than a web browser, an Internet connection, and a password. We do the rest. We scan and index the documents, build the database and host it on one of our high-speed servers. Available speed is always T-1 or better and we can work with you for higher speeds or maximum-security connections via a VPN (Virtual Private Network) or Frame relay network.
